The Definition of Motivation
Motivation is an important factor which encourages people to give their best performance and help in reaching enterprise goals. A strong positive motivation will enable the increased output of employees but a negative motivation will reduce their performance. A key element in personnel management is motivation. Even if you are on the right track, you will get run over if you just sit there.

Motivational Speaking & Positive Thinking Sessions
Sandy “speaks from the heart” in her motivation talks and positive thinking sessions. She tells you “in real everyday language” how she dealt with the diagnosis of breast cancer (on two occasions) and then how she coped and courageously walked a difficult journey through the many surgeries and breast reconstructions. She tells you how she not only braved some difficult challenges that were thrown her way, but how she continued to manage two successful businesses in despite of it all.
She speaks of her recovery and tells you how “courage is not the absence of fear – it is knowing that you are afraid and doing it anyway”. In encouraging those in business she is adamant that “limitations are for people that have them and excuses are for people that need them”. She firmly believes that obstacles that are placed in your path are not opposing you, but merely and gently re-routing you. She teaches you that it is important not to view that which stands in your way as your "enemy”, but rather view it as ‘a best friend’ sending you on a detour that takes you around what would have been your biggest stumbling block.
